Register your company the right way
A company is a separate legal entity under the Companies Act, 2013. It limits the owners' personal liability, makes it easier to raise funds and builds trust with banks, clients and investors. We handle the full incorporation through the MCA SPICe+ process, from name approval to your Certificate of Incorporation.
Types of company we register
- Private Limited Company — at least 2 directors and 2 shareholders, up to 200 members. The most popular choice for startups.
- One Person Company (OPC) — a single owner with limited liability, plus one nominee.
- Public Limited Company — at least 3 directors and 7 members, suited to larger businesses that may raise money from the public.
